Update on the plans for the 1,000th Raw

- As we previously noted, WWE is advertising a DX reunion (Triple H and Shawn Michaels) for the first weekly live three hour Raw on 7/23, which is also the 1,000 episode.

- The plan is announce matches ahead of time, and promote the episode as PPV caliber show.

- WWE has reached out to many past stars to appear, including Roddy Piper, Dusty Rhodes, Sgt. Slaughter, Jim Duggan, Gene Okerlund and Jimmy Hart.

- There is talk of Undertaker and Bobby Heenen making an appearance. Heenan’s availability for the show will likely depend on his health at the time.
